Summary:
The primary purpose of this job is to be the first point of contact for visitors, guests and associates at Integer as the receptionist for the Clarence, NY location.
Responsibilities also include being an organized and self-motivated administrative assistant providing confidential and professional support and administrative services to the Senior Director of EHSS at Integer.
Accountabilities &
Responsibilities:
oAdheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to:
Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.
S.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
oAnswers and screens telephone calls, letters, e-mails, visitors and/or associate questions using discretion and judgment in dealing with internal and external customers to determine nature of business and the appropriate individuals or solutions to address the issues.
oEnsures site has required emergency postings, emergency equipment and inspections, and necessary security access.
oLiaison with facility vendors including cleaners, maintenance and facility contractors and security service providers.
oLeads or assists with the organization of site events, meetings or conferences by arranging rooms, caterers, issuing information or invitations, and controlling event budget.
oMaintains and requisitions office moves, equipment, repairs, supplies, postings, incoming/outgoing mail and packages as needed to maintain basic site operations.
oLeads or assist with site-wide notifications and distributions, including but not limited to, coordinating the communication and administration of internal news, raffles, and events.
oProvides administrative, task, and project support for the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) corporate department.
oOrganizes, maintains, and retrieves files, records, and systems, following up on matters as required.
oPrepares regular and special reports and communications, coordinating information and summarizing data as needed.
oManages department credit card reconciliation, purchase order requests, and expense reports.
oPerforms other duties as required or assigned.
Education &
Experience:
oMinimum Education:
High School Diploma.
Associate's degree in secretarial science or business strongly preferredoMinimum
Experience:
10
years of experience with HS Diploma.
5-7 years of experience with an Associate's Degree.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
