Job Description:
Personal Care Aide
Responsibilities:
- Support in providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of elderly residents - Help with lifting and transferring patients or individuals with limited mobility - Assist in providing dementia care, including engaging in activities and maintaining a safe environment - Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Requirements:
- Previous experience in a nursing/assisted living setting is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures - Ability to effectively communicate and work well in a team environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to lift and transfer patients or individuals with limited mobility - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Note:
