Production Coordinator

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Team Lead with team/departmental operations by running key pieces of equipment and or processes in the department. Additionally the this role assists the Team Lead in coordinating activities between various production groups/shifts to ensure production requirements are met, attainment of improvement objectives and perform both non cyclic production operations and backs up the Team Lead
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
2. Coordinates daily production including, scheduling and tasks of other Associates within the Production group.
3. Communicates daily cell objectives with Associates, peers, support personnel and management to meet cell/production requirements and Associate performance goals.
4. Sets up equipment as needed for assembly and inspection per process specifications. Performs specialized set-ups on hydraulic and mechanical presses, electro-mechanical machinery and equipment and may perform required in-process quality checks.
5. Identifies, develops and maintains measurements/documentation which fosters continuous improvement efforts that support a lean manufacturing environment. (i.e. standard work, 5Sm oracle transactions, boards).
6. Assures workflow between stations and/or departments, providing parts, supplies and equipment as needed.
Stages/prepares tooling for upcoming production jobs.
7. Assists with establishing priorities, problem solving and setting goals. Evaluates systems and processes and makes recommendations regarding modifications.
8. Ability to perform majority of operations of department. May have responsibility for Certificate of Compliance authorizations.
9. Trains employees on operations and procedures. Communicates team needs to Team Leader.
10. Performs other functions as required.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum
Experience: 4 years Integer related work experience and/or 5-7 years light assembly experience in a regulated industry required; medical device experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: Ability to perform majority of operations of department.
Special Skills: Good communication skills, interpersonal relations skills, organizational skills and leadership skills. Basic computer skills. Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices required. Certification for industry specific assembly requirements such as IPC soldering standards for the Medical device and Military markets desired. Technical training in welding, material science, and one year related quality experience preferred.
Other: Proficient in assembly an operation over a wide range of products and processes, and is able and willing to fill in where needed to maintain production flow. May train others.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
